At Ignition, we work hard and we play hard. We only want you here 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday creating amazing stuff, and after that, we want you out in the world being awesome, not chained to your desk all weekend.

Sure, our culture is demanding – we expect you to pay attention to the little things, come up with great ideas, and have an awesome sense of humour. But we’ve got a fantastic place to work. We think you should join us.

• If for some reason you do have to put in some overtime, you’ll get paid for it. Nobody works for free.
• When you start, you get a new Mac, loaded with industry standard software. If you ever need anything else, we can probably make it happen for you.
• We offer some great benefits. We don’t have an in-house masseuse, but we’re happy to pay for you to go to one after work. And if you wind up in the hospital, you’ll have everything covered, plus a private room and all your prescriptions paid for when you check out.
